At the edges of the lake surrounded by water lies the giant Lappish tent where we serve up to 75 diners at every dinner session. A wood fire burns in the centrally located fireplace, together with candles on all tables.
In our kitchen we get inspiration from the Norwegian ingredients we are very proud of! Naturally, we cater with local produce as much as possible and all dishes are prepared from scratch – whether we are serving 10 or 300 people.
Our exclusive menu is based on raw materials from the northern regions, from our forests and water. You can create your own menu or allow us make suggestions according to your wishes. At our conference lunches, we serve the best of Swedish home cooking.
